Our weekend residential event, Be Heard, is an outdoor camp at Netherurd (near Edinburgh). We've planned a relaxed and varied weekend with opportunities to try something new, meet with other Scottish Senior Section members, air your opinions and have a good laugh.

What is Polaris?
Polaris is the Scottish Senior Section group that allows your voice to be heard at national level. It is also an opportunity to meet other like minded people.
Do I have to be a Ranger?
No, anyone in GirlGuiding Scotland aged 16-25 can come – Ranger, Young Leader, Guider...
What do we do?
We meet up in different locations throughout Scotland, twice a year, where we participate in workshops, meet up with old friends (and hopefully make new ones!), try out new activites and generally have fun.
Do I have to 'join' Polaris?
No, if you come to an event and decide it's not for you that's fine. Though obviously we'd like you to want to come back!
